Hotel San Giacomo Spa&Gourmet has rooms with wood furnishings and fine textiles. The Comfort Room (16-22 m2) has 3 or 4 beds, a shower, and spa towels and slippers. The Superior Room (23-25 m2) fits up to 4 people and includes a color LCD TV with Sky channels, a courtesy set, a hair-dryer, a minibar, a safe, a soft robe, towels and slippers, a shower room with an Agape design shower and a Simmons comfort mattress. The Junior Suite (30-35 m2) fits up to 5 people, with a double bed zone, a separate zone with sofa (or two single sofa-beds), telephone, LCD color TV with Sky sat channels, shower room with spacious Agape design shower, HSG courtesy set, hair dryer, safe, minibar, soft robe, towel and slippers for the spa and Sky channels. Each room features soundproof walls, a mini-bar, a terrace with garden views as well as a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

The HSG Restaurant serves dishes prepared with ingredients from local suppliers, local herbs and vegetables, grass-reared meat, home-made egg pasta, and traditional recipes. A buffet breakfast starts the day. Lunch is served from 12:00 - 13:45. Dinner is served from 19:00 - 20:45. The Gourmet Dining Room offers gourmet foods. The Bar&Bistro, open from 7:30 to 23:30, offers wines, spirits, and cocktails, snacks, quick meals and pizza. The Wine Bar serves fine wine and finger food.

Hotel San Giacomo Spa&Gourmet is 80 km from Verona Villafranca. It is near the Polsa-San Valentino ski area's ski lifts (2 minutes), 7 kilometres of cross-country ski trail and snowshoe trails. Mount Baldo is available in the summer. Horseback and hang-gliding excursions are available.
